  I feel the strength the strust in me coming and going inside of me like a sparkling light

  i understand keeping the intention going for now !

  feels huge as i feel so far i had given up intentions

  That’s so beautiful Jocelyne. That’s exactly it. And we don’t need to focus on how often it comes and goes, how long it stays etc. We just keep feeding it, and coming back to it, without pressure or judgement, and strengthening the connection to that place. Big hugs.
