I have a voice and I would like to say THANKS to David, Jeff & Ben for a powerful and wonderful first session. A pleasure meeting all you beautiful souls! I look forward to getting to know everyone over the next few weeks and beyond.

Wow what a wake up, eye mouth and ear opener!!! Feel flow but source is mysterious, from within and not quite me. Energy streams dressed in my words, expression and sounds but no me in there. Your thoughts? Thanks

Hey Rebecca, I definitely relate. I have experienced it that way many times. Creative flow often feels like it comes from something beyond us. But how does it feel emotionally? Are you in your body and present with the experience?

Yes, in flow speaking I am awake and present and enjoying the experience, but just surprised about there being no location of me as source. Feels like riding down a swift river.
