Flow speaking week 1 session i am …….. shaky and nervous, excited and alive, moved and teary, i am so happy to see people from my existing peer groups like me sign up for more and i feel tender and open hearted to the people joining for the 1st time – much love everyone, Tina x

the idea that my body can love me and my voice can love me has a recomforting effect on me as i repeat the affirmation i have a voice and my voice loves me i have a body and my body loves me it makes me feel safe and strong
