Jeff was a precocious teenager who began meditating at 14 and started a relaxation, healing & world music record company during a break from college. He was studying to be a writer, but life made other plans for him.

25 years and 500 recording projects later his record label had become a leader in the space, but it was time to move on. Jeff merged his company with Sounds True, a leading spiritual publisher, and turned to new projects.

For the last several years Jeff has been producing and hosting online events under the Being & Doing name. The events explore awakening, creativity and flow.

Jeff is very happy to be hosting another course with Dave Rock, the founder of Flow Speaking. The recent course this past spring was a delight and people expanded and got free in ways that inspired Dave & I to run another course this fall.

If you haven’t heard of Flow Speaking, the course takes you on a light-hearted journey through deeper layers of freedom & self-expression.

Spend time with amazing people and create incredible connections. Be free to really speak from the heart, be silly, be powerful, and show up with your whole self.

Every session includes empowering, playful ways to release stress, transform blocks, and create inspiration on tap.

No one is ever put on the spot and made to speak in front of the group, but every session offers loads of opportunities to speak – everyone speaking at once, in small break-outs, and in front of everyone, in zero-pressure ways.

By the end of the course you will have oriented yourself for flow, confidence and creativity.
